In addition to our Sales and Service Evaluations and our Training and Development Programs, we also will conduct seminars in various areas which we believe will provide yet another avenue for growth.
We realize that some organizations may not have the budget to implement a complete in-house program, while others may already have things in place but have a few ‘new’ associates or existing associates that may need a little help. In some cases an organization may be just starting the journey to a sales and service culture and aren’t quite sure what to do or where to go.
Our goal through our seminar program is to offer the highest quality seminars, presented by well-known and well-respected speakers and trainers providing valuable inforamtion and skill development at an affordable price.
These presenters will have a proven record of success and will be evaluated by our experienced group of managers in the areas of content, relevancy, entertainment, value, and most importantly, supporting our goal of ‘unlocking the skills for greater success’ for your folks. If they don’t meet our criteria, they WILL NOT be presenting at our seminars. Having previously been bankers, we can assure you, if we wouldn’t spend our budget dollars to send our associates to one of these speakers, you won’t either!
