As experienced retail bank managers, we assess 18 categories from a first-hand, knowledge-based perspective.  Most importantly, our evaluators are not the typical ‘hired shopper’!  Our evaluators have more than 200 collective years of experience in branch management.  It’s that caliber of experience and expectation that brings our evaluations to a level that any CEO, Retail Supervisor, or Branch Manager would and should find more than valuable in truly assessing their branch delivery network.
